Welcome to IB Solved Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your visit to www.ibsolved.com (“Site”) our Student and Tutor Portal and any other interaction with IB Solved.

By browsing or using the Site you agree to comply with and be bound by this Disclaimer and these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and our Child Safety Commitment. If you do not agree you must not use the Site.

Who We Are

The Site is operated by IB Solved Pty Ltd ABN 19 664 559 540, based in New South Wales, Australia. 

Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms of Use sit alongside and form part of your agreement with us together with our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect, how we use it and your choices.

We collect personal data that you choose to provide (for example name, email, phone) and usage data automatically generated by your visit (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page). We use this information to deliver and improve our services, support your account, process payments, communicate changes and meet legal obligations. 

We use third party service providers to help operate our services. They may access personal information only to perform tasks for us and must not use it for other purposes. We do not sell personal information. 

We apply security measures including encryption, access controls and periodic audits but no internet transmission is completely secure. Please take care when sharing information online. 

We may disclose personal data when required by law, in business transactions, to prevent fraud or for other purposes with your consent. 

You can access, update or request deletion of your personal data and opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us.

We take child safety seriously. Use of this Site and our services is subject to the expectations, reporting pathways and risk controls described in our Child Safety Commitment page. If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a student contact us immediately at admin@ibsolved.com.

Limited Licence to Use the Site

We grant you a limited revocable nontransferable licence to access and use the Site for personal non-commercial study. 

You must not modify or copy materials; use materials for any commercial purpose or public display; sell, rent, sublicense, distribute or publish materials; attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any Site software; remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices; or transfer materials to another person or mirror them on another serveruse the Site unlawfully or in a way that could damage, disable or impair the Site.

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms and may be ended by us at any time. On termination you must stop using the Site and destroy downloaded materials in your possession whether electronic or printed.

Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademarks

All content on the Site including text, graphics, video, documents, branding, logos and interface design is owned by or licensed to IB Solved and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may print or download extracts for personal non-commercial study. You may share limited extracts with an individual third party for personal use if you clearly acknowledge IB Solved as the source. You must not reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, store, scrape, resell or commercially exploit any Site content without our written permission. You must not store Site content in another website or retrieval system except as allowed above.

The IB Solved name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks of IB Solved Pty Ltd. You must not use our trademarks (including in meta tags, ads, search keywords, thumbnails, comparative marketing, AI model training sets or educational compilations) without written permission. We reserve all rights and may take action for unauthorised use.

IB Affiliation

IB Solved is an independent tutoring provider and is not affiliated, endorsed or approved by the International Baccalaureate Organization. International Baccalaureate, IB and related program names are trademarks of the IBO. We use these terms only to describe curriculum support services. Official IB assessments, syllabi and mark schemes remain the property of the IBO. Students must follow school and IBO academic integrity rules.

Educational Use and Academic Integrity

Our materials support learning. They are not to be submitted as your own assessed work. Do not ask us or any tutor to write assignments, sit exams, complete coursework or otherwise help you cheat. Schools and the IBO have strict academic honesty rules. Breach may result in loss of access.

Website Content, Reliance and Updates

Content on the Site is provided for general information and education. We try to keep material current and correct but we make no representation or warranty about completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability. Information and materials may contain technical, typographical or content errors. We may change Site content at any time without notice and do not promise updates on a set schedule. Any reliance you place on Site information is at your own risk.

It is your responsibility to decide whether products, services or information available through the Site meet your needs. We expressly exclude liability for inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third Party Links and Content

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the nature, content or availability of linked sites. A link does not mean we sponsor, endorse or approve that site or its views. Use linked sites at your own risk.

The Site may include information or ads from third parties. We are not responsible for information or advice provided directly by third parties. Treat all third party content as general information only.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the Site running smoothly but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with use of the Site including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded our liability is limited at our option to supplying the goods or services again, replacing goods or paying the cost of having goods or services supplied again.

Exclusion of Competitors

If you create or sell similar educational materials or services you are a competitor. Competitors must not use the Site, download materials or obtain Site content through a third party without permission. We may seek compensation for loss or profit you gain from unauthorised use and may block access.

Separate Service Terms

These Website Terms govern public use of the Site and access to free and paid publicly available resources. Additional terms apply to paid tutoring, courses and institutional services and are provided in our onboarding or service agreements. If there is any inconsistency those specific service terms prevail.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Please check before each use. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction and the rest of the Terms remain in force.

No Waiver

If we do not act on a breach straight away that does not mean we waive our rights. A waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms without notice. You must not assign your rights without our written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and the Site are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
