Tutor Screening and Training

All IB Solved tutors must:

• Pass a comprehensive screening process before joining our platform.

• Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent clearance in their region.

• Complete training in child safety protocols and ethical conduct.

Safe Learning Environment

Whether online or in person, we ensure all tutoring interactions are:

• Conducted in a safe, supervised setting.

• Focused solely on educational goals.

Reporting and Response

We take all concerns and reports seriously. If a child, parent, or guardian feels uncomfortable or witnesses inappropriate behavior:

• They are encouraged to report it immediately to admin@ibsolved.com.

• All reports will be handled with confidentiality, urgency, and care.

• Appropriate actions, including tutor suspension or referral to authorities, will be taken when necessary.
