Weekly Charges - Your card will be charged weekly for any lessons provided over the course of the week and you will be e-mailed an invoice & receipt with the lessons paid.

Package Payments (Receive Your First Lesson FREE) - Pay 10, 20 or 30 lessons in advance and track your lesson balance through your Teachworks account. Initially, you will be charged for your selected package and e-mailed an invoice & receipt. Each week, you will be e-mailed an update on your lesson balance. Each time your balance falls below 2 lessons you will be charged for a new package of lessons and e-mailed a receipt. If you select this option as your ongoing payment method, your first lesson with IB Solved will be FREE.

Easy Payment System - Online tracking of balances through Teachworks, email invoices/receipts, direct debiting.

Flexible Cancellation Policy - No charge for missed lessons, just give 30mins notice - "Last Minute Cancellation Policy: Because we understand the crazy schedules which come with an IB student, there is no charge for missed lessons - just give your tutor 30 minutes notice before a scheduled lesson".

IB Solved Cancellation Policy: At IB Solved, we pride ourselves on flexibility and understand that your child's schedule can be crazy and dynamic. However, our tutors are often dependent on their sessions as their primary source of income, so if you need to cancel a lesson, we require at least 1 hour notice. If notice is not given, our tutors reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the hourly rate.
